A beautiful sunrise, a breathtaking sunset, the trees and their changing colors, the sky whether bright or grey, the stars that light the night, and most of all…us, His children, His greatest creation. Hunting with my son reminds me of that truth. It’s about more than the hunt. It’s about intentionally giving time and attention to know him, share experiences with him, and love him. And in doing so, I’m reminded of my own relationship with God, as one of His sons. It gives me a deeper desire to intentionally give time and attention to know Him, to share experiences with Him, and to love Him for all that He does for me as my Father in Heaven.
