Today, I had the blessing of teaching with my son Beckham in our Priest Quorum. Beck did such a great job as we shared scripture, stories, and testimony about the Great Plan of Salvation. One of my favorite things he said was, “Sometimes we complicate the plan and forget that in the end, it’s all about Jesus.” Simple. Powerful. True. I was reminded again that the source of joy, peace, and salvation is and always will be Jesus Christ. I’m so grateful that Beckham and the other young men brought that truth into focus today. This week’s reading in Doctrine and Covenants 76:94 also struck me: "See as they are seen, and know as they are known." One day, we will see and know ourselves as our Heavenly Father sees and knows us. What a gift that will be. I already see so much greatness in my son and each of my children, and I can only imagine what God sees and knows of them, being their creator. #howWEconquer #togetherforever #timeandattention #theplan #JesusChrist #keepconquering
