This endorsement for my book by my good friend Chad Hymas means the world to me. Chad and I first met on the day my dad passed away. I visited his ranch, and as we drove around his beautiful property, I got to know him. It was on this very land that Chad had the accident that paralyzed him. While we were driving, I mentioned my upcoming leadership summit and my struggles with the training content. To my amazement, Chad immediately called his assistant to rearrange his busy schedule so he could help me and my team. I left his home in awe of his selflessness.
