Was supposed to be in Moab today to run the Moab half marathon. We didn’t make it…but I didn’t let that stop me from getting a few miles in. I set out to do a half in the MTNs but decided once I hit the pavement to keep on running. (I sound like forest). I ran down through Fruit Heights, past @mtnops HQ, through Farmington and to the cemetery to say hello to my Dad, and then home to my wife and daughters who greeted me with love as I hit the 20 mile point. It was a great day to #conquermore by doing a little more than I had planned on. This is #howiconquer #conquermore
