I was at a leadership summit (Genshai Mastery) last week. I was taught so much by so many people. A dear friend of mine, Kenton Worthington, was in the room and he was always the first to clap, and the first to stand in ovation for those who had presented or performed. He genuinely was happy and proud of EVERYONE. As I learned and observed so many thing one of the most important notes I typed into my iPad was this… “Teach my children and my wife that they are enough! Be the one who believes in them! Do they know how much I believe in them? Am I the one clapping first, standing first, cheering first for my wife and children? Do they hear, see, and know how happy I am just to know them and how proud I am of them?” We don’t get what we deserve in life.
