Hunting Day 5 (1st Animal) : Our guides tell us that this day of hunting was one for their record books. First it was Jenna up with Kudu. We left the lodge at 4:30 am to travel to some Mountains called Asanta Sana meaning BIG Mountains and they were BIG. They reminded me of NZ with their rocky cliffs and grassy tops. Just as we started the ascent up a small mtn road Paul spotted a beautiful Kudu bull. Just what we had been searching for for 2.5 days. We all hoppedout of the truck made our stock over to get within distance, the wind was blowing at us and completely in our favor. It was a cold morning and this Kudu did not want to give us a shot always keeping itself pointed away from us.
