We welcomed American Bar Association (ABA) President Deborah Enix-Ross on January 12 for a day with faculty, staff, and students, ending in an evening keynote address, “Our Beloved Community: The Rule of Law in an Unruly World,” at our inaugural event honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The following day, the Black Law Students Association (BLSA) hosted the USC School of Law Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, where volunteers prepared and distributed bagged lunches to the unhoused community in Columbia.
