On February 12, 2000, Vinsanity was born ⏳ 15 days to Opening Night. Vince Carter was 23 when he caught the bounce in Oakland, went between his legs for the East Bay and looked into the camera to say "It's over." He was right, and the Dunk Contest has been chasing that night ever since. NBA All-Star Classics on NBA Top Shot, link in bio. #NBA #DunkContest #VinceCarter #Raptors #NBATopShot
