It was great having former Dragon All-American Ryan Kopiasz and former Assistant Coach Spencer Yohe stop by practice tonight to visit with our current Dragon Wrestling team! Ryan earned All-American honors at 184 pounds in 2004, while Spencer served as an assistant under legendary Head Coach Jon Sterner, helping guide the Dragons to six conference championships. We appreciate both of you taking the time to share your knowledge, experiences, and wisdom with our wrestlers. It's always great having Dragon Wrestling alumni back in the room! Once a Dragon, always a Dragon! #rolldrags #alumni #homecoming
