Meet one of our featured #WomenWhoShineLV honorees... Stacy Ostrau the Vice President of Philanthropy at Opportunity Village! “Take risks, be bold, try new things, challenge yourself, inspire others not just with your successes but with your failures too. And make them laugh with your “blooper” moments. Perhaps the most important thing I wish I had learned earlier, though, is that strategic rest isn’t a break from the work; it’s an essential part of it. Your biggest breakthroughs rarely happen when you are staring at a donor database. Your brain needs unstructured time such as morning walks, reading a good book, or laughing with friends. These are the creative connections that fill your cup and lead to great ideas.” Read more from Stacy and all the Women Who Shine 2026 honorees at Sunny1065.com and stay tuned on #Sunny1065LV to hear their voices ALL month long.
