After a two-year hiatus, Aid for AIDS of Nevada’s (AFAN) annual AIDS Walk Las Vegas will return in-person on Sunday, May 1 from 8-11 a.m. at Sunset Park. In addition to a new host venue, this year’s event will kick off with a 5K run for the first time ever. Hosted by AJ from the Sunny 106.5 Morning Radio Show and Angela Cortez from the midday show, the duo will introduce live entertainment from the cast of Chippendales, WOW - The Vegas Spectacular, Naked Boys Singing, Potted Potter, and EXTRAVAGANZA. The family-friendly event will also feature games and a carnival area for little walkers, food trucks, a community resource fair, and more. Penn & Teller will once again serve as grand marshals and will be on hand to help kick off the walk and challenge walkers to help make a difference in the community.
