Watermelons aren’t just green on the outside and red on the inside🍉 Depending on the variety, the rind can be light green, dark green, striped, yellow or almost black and the flesh can be red, pink, yellow, orange or even white. With over 1,000 varieties of watermelon grown around the world, there’s a whole lot more to this fruit than what you see at the grocery store. So naturally, I want to grow as many weird ones as possible. Now if only I could get my square and heart shaped watermelons to finally ripen 😩 Have you ever tried anything other than red watermelon? 🍉 #watermelon #fruit #garden #homestead #shilohfarm
