What to do with Pavel Zacha? 👀 That’s what the Bruins continue to think about. According to Pierre LeBrun of the Athletic, despite the fact that Boston has been discussing an extension with their 29-year-old Czechian forward, he was the main return piece in trade talks with the Columbus Blue Jackets for Kirill Marchenko 😳 An excerpt from the report: “There’s still a chance the Bruins eventually extend Zacha. But in the meantime, teams are naturally calling about him. So few centers ever become available. He’s 29 years old, and I think the Bruins are worried about a long-term commitment and how it will age — perhaps sensitive to living with the Elias Lindholm contract already.” — h/t The Athletic Thoughts?
