DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin says ICE agents were unaware that a 5-year-old child was inside the car during an enforcement operation targeting the driver, identified as 28-year-old Oscar Belgal. Mullin accused Belgal of accelerating at high speed and ramming two vehicles before appearing to drive toward officers. #ice #immigration #thebronx #newyork
