Online Student Upgrades 📈 My man Brody @decker.brody has made some huge improvements to his swing in the last few months! 👀 We’ve prioritized managing the way he moves his spine throughout the swing from the face on view, and his arm structure as well His tendency was to create excessive extension in his spine with the elbows separating near end of backswing. Both contributed to a steeper delivery. The improvement to his spine tilt from face on helped reduce the excessive extension, and we’re still working on his arm structure - which is improving daily He’s made huge strides because he’s put in WORK 👊 very cool to see!
