🇫🇯 1970 GAVE US THE RIGHT TO STAND AS A NATION. RUGBY TAUGHT THE WORLD TO STAND AND WATCH. On 10 October 1970, our flag rose to mark a new beginning. 56 years later, that flag continues to rise in stadiums across the world, carried by generations of Fijians who dare to dream, defy the odds and make history. From the first steps of independence to the unforgettable moments on the rugby field, our story has always been about more than the size of our islands. We earned our place among nations. We continue to make our presence felt. Happy 56th Fiji Day! 🇫🇯 #FijiDay #56years #Fijirugby #VanuaDomoni #VitinoquViti Rakavuvale
