California Highway Patrol Sgt. Kevin Briggs spent years patrolling the Golden Gate Bridge — and became known for something far more important than writing tickets. Through patience, training and simply talking to people in crisis, Briggs is credited with helping more than 200 people choose not to jump. John tells the story of a remarkable law-enforcement career and an officer who understood that sometimes the most important thing a cop can do is simply listen. #TheBrighterSideOfBlue #KevinBriggs #GoldenGateBridge #CaliforniaHighwayPatrol #CHP #LawEnforcement #PoliceStories #BehindTheBadge #PoliceOfficers #CrisisIntervention #FirstResponders #StLouis #TBSOB
