I’m exhausted by the same old all white and gray houses. I WANNA SEE SOMETHING UNIQUE. This house is straight out of Lord of the Rings. It’s 1.24 acres in CLEARWATER. You don’t see that very often. And you especially don’t see a house with floor to ceiling windows, original wooden designed outlet covers, and a front door that makes you feel like you’re stepping into a cottage. Are the cabinets a little outdated? Yes. Could the bathrooms use a refresh? Sure. This house has the potential to be absolutely stunning. DM me for more info. #tampa #florida #clearwaterfl #homediy #tampabay #stpetefl #floridabeaches #clearwateebeach #cottagecore The home was built in 1972.
