The Navy of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary guard Corp (IRGC) released a clip on Sunday (October 11) of a supertanker in flames after hitting a sea mine in the Strait of Hormuz. The IRGC say the vessel carrying crude oil deactivated all its navigation systems, in an attempt to move under the radar, and intended to exit the Strait through an unauthorized route. Iran says this is the third vessel to hit a mine in Hormuz since Saturday. The IRGC announced on Sunday that all vessels that turn off their tracking systems in the Strait of Hormuz will be considered a hostile target. #irgc #straitofhormuz #explosion #mine #iran
