I spent enough time in the Hamptons to notice something about the women thereβ¦
They all seem to follow the same unwritten wellness rules.
1. The workout get booked weeks even months in advance. They book their wellness schedule before their dinner reservations.
2. The weirder the workout looks, the more they swear it changed their bodies.
3. Wellness is social. A class is basically part workout, part plan.
4. Low-impact doesnβt mean easy, often the ones that βlookβ the easiest or pick up the lightest weights are the hardest.
5. They will pay double for the same workout that in the city, without any amenities and in a barn turned studio.
What do you think?
