Adding this spot to your Chicago food list is a MUST!! I think they have other locations too, but there are Hillstones all over and I frequent it when I travel soooo. Here’s everything we got ⬇️ 1️⃣Chilled vegetable rolls: so refreshing and the peanut plum dipping sauce omg good. 2️⃣Pan Seared Chicken Dumplings: made with amish farm chicken and I absolutely loved them. 3️⃣Garlic Noodles: get like 3 orders of these and get a side of sriracha for dipping 4️⃣Shaking Beef: carmelized filet mignon. Need I say more? Juicy, melt in your mouth good!!
