Every piece in my house has a story ✨
The Componibili by Kartell was designed in 1967 by Anna Castelli Ferrieri, an architect who broke into Italian industrial design when almost no women were doing it. She took plastic, a material people considered cheap, and made something so fabulous it ended up in MoMA’s permanent collection. Nearly 60 years later, it’s still being made.
It stacks with no tools, holds a ridiculous amount, and looks perfect next to my vintage egg chair.
