Want to be a starter this spring? 1) Know your role! Lacrosse is a game that takes requires a bunch of unique skills fitting together. Figure out what you do well, and focus on that! 2) Be in shape. Regardless if you may lack skill/talent, if you have ⛽️ in the tank, odds are you are gonna be on the field a lot. 3) Have great stick work/stick protection.
