The most collectible player this week might not be the best player on the field. That’s what Yankees–Red Sox and Browns–Steelers have me thinking about… Rivalries have a way of making one swing, one hit, one completely unexpected player part of a fanbase’s history. And once that happens, an old card can suddenly represent something much bigger than the name printed on it. So this week, I’m watching these games a little differently. I’m not just looking for the star. I’m looking for the player who gives collectors a story to keep. Who creates that moment this week? #SportsCards #TheHobby #CardCollecting #Yankees #RedSox
