The Hagyard 1876 Global Symposium was a great success! Over the weekend, veterinarians from around the world gathered to learn, exchange ideas, and hear about the advances shaping veterinary medicine today. As veterinary medicine continues to evolve, the “mentees,” Hagyard Alumni, had the opportunity to teach many of their Hagyard mentors about these recent advances. On day 1 of the symposium, we heard from a wide range of Hagyard alumni on many topics and attended panels that allowed open conversation with individuals renowned in their fields.
