Beautiful post by hikingtheholyland 💪🏼 When Papa was twelve, he was pulled off a bus in Europe and thrown into prison for being Jewish. Two years later they sent him to Auschwitz. Last year, at 96, he made aliyah. This is him at the Kotel on the day his great-grandson (my son) put on tefillin for the first time.
