3 days Camping in the wild Oregon Forest with only a #BowDrill to make our fire (no lighter or matches). w/ my friend Hannes (primitive wilderness guide). 3 hour hike to our remote camp site with just a tarp and bundled pines to sleep on. Made fire roasted banana chocolate. The next day, we were visited by curious Gray Jay birds (maybe they smelled the roasted banana). We climbed the mountain to look for spring water and resin rich wood in pine tree stumps. As we reached the peak, Mount Hood (highest peak in Oregon) came into view. Fun times with kabute.
