French Onion Meatballs… FROM THE FREEZER! 😂🔥I’m back MAKING THAT SHIT SMACK and this one right here… DUMB delicious! Frozen meatballs, onions, beef broth, a packet of Lipton onion soup mix and a whole lotta cheese. That’s basically it! . I threw the meatballs on the smoker because smoke = flavor, but oven, grill, air fryer… do your thing! The whole point of this series is taking easy, affordable shit we all have access to and making it hit a little harder! Recipe below 👇🏾 . 🧅 1 bag frozen meatballs 🧅 2 yellow onions, thin sliced 🧈 2 tbsp butter 🥩 2 cups @swansonbroths beef broth 🔥 1 packet @liptonsoupanddip onion soup mix 🧀 Gruyère, Swiss or provolone (sliced works great and is easier) 🧂 Seasoning + black pepper to taste . Smoke or bake the meatballs, soften those onions in butter, add the broth and soup mix, then pour it all over the meatballs.
