An ICE agent shot a man in front of his 5-year-old in NYC. Oscar Belgal, 28, was shot in Marble hill, Manhattan on Thursday night. The NYPD Commissioner says at least one agent fired 7 rounds. DHS says he has a criminal history and “weaponized his vehicle.” Mayor Mamdani says there was no way to tell they were ICE and called the shooting an outrage. #NYC #ICE #BreakingNews #NewYork #Mamdani
