Students across France have been protesting for almost a month now, with cities like Lille drawing out thousands of highschoolers, parents and union representatives in their demands for more funding, teachers, and improved conditions. ⁣ ⁣ While French president Emmanuel Macron has promised more teachers, the promise of the infamous 'Yellow Vests', who originated a decade ago in response to high fuel prices, to join the student demands, will no doubt be a concern to the premier. ⁣ ⁣ CGTN's Owen Fairclough reports from the streets of Lille.⁣ ⁣ #StudentProtests #France #Macron⁣
