Two major storms are leaving widespread damage, deadly flooding and power outages across the country.
At least four people died after Hurricane Isaias hit Florida as a Category 2 storm, with thousands of customers across the Florida Panhandle and southern Alabama still without power.
The storm triggered landslides, flash flooding and water rescues in North Carolina, where nearly 10 inches of rain fell.
Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin says the White House is coordinating a response to help people who have no power.
