The Maryland Center for History and Culture teamed up with the Museum of the Moving Image to bring us The Jim Henson Exhibition: Imagination Unlimited. It features some of his greatest creations and gives viewers a glimpse of the creative world that came from the mind of Jim Henson and his team. Visitors can experience first hand these amazing creations and learn how his creations became the multigenerational influence it is today. This weekend is the Henson Homecoming Opening Festival to celebrate the exhibition opening. It will be an awesome silly family event with music performances, puppet shows, food trucks and more on Saturday from 10:30-7:30pm. Registration is required for the festival.
