Republican California gubernatorial candidate Steve Hilton joins Chris Cuomo, Stephen A. Smith, Chuck Rocha and Andrew Kolvet to discuss his campaign message, arguing that affordability and quality-of-life concerns are pushing many Californians to a breaking point. Hilton says his bid is focused on making the state safer and more affordable rather than national partisan politics, as the panel examines whether frustration with California's leadership could reshape a traditionally Democratic state.
