Today, we honor our late Artistic Director Jo Matos with our annual remembrance, marking one year since her passing and celebrating the warmth, joy, and lasting connections she brought to our Joffrey community. Last week, we hosted a celebration of her life, bringing together those who worked alongside her at Joffrey to share memories, enjoy some of her favorite snacks, and blow bubbles at Jefferson Market Garden jeffersonmarketgarden —a place she loved to visit during her time with us. The love shared from near and far reminds us of the many lives she touched. We miss you, Ms. Jo, and carry your spirit with us today and always. The Joffrey Ballet School family. #joffreyballetschool
