In honor of Sue Bird’s retirement, I figured it’s time I shared some unpublished work I did for glossier back in 2020 in the bubble. I had the honor of doing a shoot with a few wnba players for Glossier’s Body Hero campaign. One of them was, of course, the legendary Sue Bird. It was the day after we had lost in the 2nd round of playoffs and we had to pack everything up within 24 hours. We did the shoot that morning and literally only had 15 mins before Sue had to head to practice. Not gonna lie, I was low-key nervous because I didn’t have a lot of time and the fact that I was doing a shoot with Sue Bird 🤪 There were certain shots/poses I had to take for the campaign so not much variety in photo choices but Sue was super chill and great to work with. Of course, I always wish I had more time but I’d say these turned out better than I thought. Anyways, congratulations Sue on your retirement and thank you for changing the game forever! P.S.
