Starting a coffee shop was a dream of Lexi’s for a while. Three years ago, Lexi and her sister, Lauren, decided to put that dream on wheels and set Two Sisters Coffee Co. in motion. These days, it’s a 5 am start. They head to the truck, check their inventory for the day, then make their way to the Ole Country Store in Culpeper, VA. “We have such a solid routine down that we can practically read each other’s minds at this point!” Lauren said. Since opening the truck, the two have set their eyes on a new passion: Consulting. “We have become super passionate about educating other aspiring coffee truck owners. We have learned from many mistakes and love being able to give others the knowledge so that they can avoid them.
