With graduation upon us, we’d like to thank and congratulate our final Graduate Assistant Janard Jones, who will be graduating from Lasell with a Master’s Degree in Sport Leadership. Janard has been at Lasell for these past 2 years as a graduate assistant in the Sports Information office managing Lasell’s Social Media Accounts (Yes, this is him speaking about himself in third person). His first year here, he mainly took on the role of managing social media accounts for Lasell Athletics as well as being the primary photographer for home events as well as media days. This past year, Jones stepped into an expanded role as he, along with his colleague Raymond Bruno, ran the Sports Information Department without an official Sports Information Director. He took on some responsibilities such as managing the production of live broadcasts, assisting with website maintenance, managing the athletic content on social media, and assisted with live stat keeping.
