Prince Harry is opening up about how alone he felt in his grief for Princess Diana, revealing that he didn't cry for 20 years after his mother's death.
"You would think I had the best help in the world. I'm a prince for God's sake, but I was still grieving and didn't have any place to put those feelings," Harry, 42, says in a new MasterClass exploring loss and healing.
"I felt disloyal and guilty for the possibility of being happy and joyful without her... like I had to be sad and I had to be emotionally numb to prove to her that I missed her."
Eventually, he added, “What I discovered was actually she just wanted me to be happy. It freed me" 🤍
