Whatever you can spend to help you attain and maintain peace in your life, whether it’s help, a service, or what not, make it happen. Think about the things stressing you in your life and think about the resources you need to remedy them. Spend your money on that thing. The home cleaner, the caretaker for the children, the monthly trip to the masseuse or the chiropractor (getting alignments has changed my life!)… The thing that you need to add into your daily grind that helps to bring you peace needs to be added as a line item to the budget, like asap.
