Part 2 ā Moving air from the mouth to the nose ššØ
Practice transferring air from your mouth to your nose, holding it there while simulating decreasing air volume and increasing pressure, just like when descending deeper.
š 20ā30 repetitions a day.
In the water, you may only get one or two real opportunities per session to practice this specific pressure transfer.
On dry land, doing 30 controlled repetitions every day dramatically increases the number of repetitions you accumulate. In just one month, you can build hundreds of quality reps, helping the movement become more natural and automatic when you go deep.
Repetition builds control. Control builds depth.
