Wemby camera shot straight to his arch enemy is pure cinema. 😮‍💨 The 2026 Western Conference Finals between the Spurs and Thunder was easily one of the best series the NBA’s had in years, going the full seven games between the top two seeds in the conference. Victor Wembanyama dropped 33 points in Game 4, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander answered with 32 in Game 5, and the series came down to the final possession in Oklahoma City. San Antonio closed it out 111-103 in Game 7, riding a pivotal late block from Luke Kornet to punch their first Finals ticket since 2014. That matchup had two legitimate MVP-caliber stars going shot for shot the entire series, exactly the kind of basketball that makes a conference finals feel bigger than the championship round itself. Where does that Spurs-Thunder series rank among the best conference finals you’ve ever watched? (via @nba) #wemby #nbaplayoffs #chetholmgren
