Day of Career Expo. This is not the first Hall of Fame that I’m attending. This is my second Hall of Fame and so far it’s going pretty hectic and its calm at the same time. It’s like the quiet before the storm, like its gonna pop off any moment now. I love the busy nature of it. I love being under pressure, I feel like like it’s for sure my element and I thrive in an environment like this. Being a student coordinator for such a huge team feels like a lot of weight is on my shoulders, like that there’s a lot of responsibility that goes into it and just to make sure everything is going ok. If one thing goes wrong, you know, I take that in, I just pivot and see where I went wrong and move forward. Kind of like this failing forward method! I expect to gain some stuff that I can put on my resume for sure! Also, just more experience managing such a large group, I’ve never done that before. This (Social Media Team) is the largest group in the MCBS program right now its 30 plus students. So...
