Meet Emma Leuschner, a name you may already know without realizing it. 🌿 From organizing the Concord Township Sunday Farmers Market to writing the local history page right here on GVL, Emma’s fingerprints are all over this community. She volunteers with the Concord Township Historical Society and Newlin Grist Mill, serves as Special Events Coordinator for Concord Township, and has successfully registered two local homes to the National Register of Historic Places. She’s currently working to save Painter’s Folly in Chadds Ford, a project as meaningful as it sounds. Her husband Curt is treasurer of Concord Friends Meeting, and their kids are busy with swim school, dance, and the Healthy Kids Running Series right here in Concord Township. This is a family that has truly taken this community to heart. Catch Emma at the Farmers Market on Sundays from 10–1 through the summer, and make sure to say hi. 💛
