SP6 โ Sanyinjiao, the Three Yin Crossing ๐
Today I woke up feeling heavy. A little lethargic, a little damp โ that sluggish feeling when your body just isn't transforming the way it should. So I did what I teach my students: I checked in with my body.
This is SP6, where three yin channels meet โ Spleen, Liver, and Kidney โ a hand's width (about four fingers) above the inner ankle bone, just behind the shin bone. And guess what? It was tender. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, a tender SP6 is a sign: yin and blood asking for support, too much dampness, digestion not transforming the way it should.
So I quantum cupped this point โ to tonify yin and blood, digest and transform better, make more blood, and bring the whole system back into harmony. One small point. Super powers. Listen to your body โ it always tells you what it needs.
โ ๏ธ SP6 is traditionally avoided during pregnancy โ always tell your practitioner if you are or may be pregnant.
