Mike Rodgers, Now Director at Oak Hill Academy, tells a story where one of our favorite players, Michael Beasley, threw the ball hard enough at him that it knocked his finger back leaving blood running down his arm. Michael Beasley spent his junior year at Oak Hill Academy, averaging about 20 points, 10 rebounds, and 4.5 blocks per game while showcasing the elite size and versatility that made him a matchup nightmare. His success there helped cement his status as a top national prospect and pave the way to Kansas State and ultimately the No. 2 pick in the 2008 NBA Draft. #michaelbeasley #oakhillacademy #highschoolbasketball #nba #nbabasketball DAMN MIKE 😂
