There was so many logistical hiccups and SanFrancisco is not the easiest city to navigate. On this side of business, we prep for MONTHS to bring talent and clients to events and activations like Radio (Media) Row, Super Bowl Experience, branded parties, and fan experiences. When things don’t go right, it hits THAT much harder 😫 Here’s how you can avoid these problems and PIVOT in person: 📍Arrive early and scout the location. Take pictures and videos so clients are OVER prepared for arrival and check-in/credentialing, so they’re not late to scheduled interviews and appearances. ✅ Check, check, and check again!
