They are so quick to want to get their opinion or idea out there, they are willing to disregard that you are speaking. ▫️Although it might not be malicious, it’s definitely still a subconscious or even a conscious decision to undermine you. ▫️I’ve been doing this my WHOLE career (acknowledging that I was interrupted) so people (WOC 😜) after can be more comfortable sitting at the table.
