Tesla revealed its long-awaited Roadster after years of production delays. In a dramatic demonstration, the automaker's halo vehicle drove up a curved ramp until it was upside down. It then flew off the ramp, using what appeared to be thrusters that allowed the car to flip halfway so that it could then land safely on the ground. Tesla also showed a pre-taped video of the electric vehicle hitting 60 mph in 0.81 seconds. Before the event, Elon Musk predicted it would be the "greatest product demo of all time."
