Becca Millstein loves her job so much. Since starting Fishwife, her life has been pretty much the same. Now there are just way more people to help her. Millstein loves being super hands-on, and that's definitely how she is as a CEO. She says it's about finding the balance between delegating and holding on to the things that truly bring her joy as the team grows. She’s used to doing those transitions because Millstein started as just one person doing everything. She has faith in the system that if she gives up certain things, the more important things for her at this moment will take their place. Millstein tries to keep things as simple as possible outside of work. She definitely could wear the same outfit every day. Habit is really the friend of frenetic founders, she says.
