We all have a why for everything we do. Having my daughter get to see my final flight as a student after sacrificing time from her for 6 months will soon be worth it. My wife got me socks with our daughters picture on it and I wore them for all 7 of my checkrides and was fortunate to have a first time pass on all of them. Needless to say they quickly became my “good luck” socks.
